In addition to comprehensive audits conducted by the company’s auditors, Funds have the option to have detailed access for additional audits at any time, ensuring the availability of complete and accurate information at all times.

Funding Decisions

When making funding decisions, the investment committee reviews social performance,  financial and business performance, in addition to the Fund Mandate. Each investment must satisfy minimum funding requirements, and the Fund performs M&E based on financial and social metrics, supported by high-quality, credible data collection strategies for reporting and analysis.
